Visited Michael Hill recently to see if they stocked reusable ring size guides, as my partner and I are currently trying to figure out our ring sizes. Unfortunately they didnu2019t , so my partner decided to get sized in store instead. While we appreciated that this could be done on the spot, the overall customer service experience left us disappointed.nnThe staff member assisting us wasnu2019t particularly welcoming from the beginning, and the interaction felt uncomfortable. When we were asked why we wanted to be sized, we explained that we genuinely didnu2019t know our ring sizes and were trying to work it out. Instead of being helpful or understanding, the response came across as rude and dismissive, which made us feel a bit awkward for asking a very normal question. While previously we had been in there looking at rings and the customer service was amazing but yet today we left feeling disappointed with the customer service and atmosphere overall.

The staff there are super nice and extremely professional. The store is always presentable and has everything for your jewellery needs. Best Michael Hill store hands down!

Came in today to have a look at earring and necklace!! Romy and Chris were simply an outstanding duo helping me with the selection for myself and my mother! Hearing the whole team with other customers was truly warming as customer service like theirs isnu2019t seen often! What a team! Love the cleaning travel sets also the brush truly keeps my sets shiny!
