Posting a review on behalf of my mother, she was so welcomed into the store and what she needed wasnu2019t at the store, but Connor couldnu2019t have been more helpful, gentle and supportive.nHelping someone who wasnu2019t IT savvy by taking the time and consideration to help her online order with comfort. We hope that this message gets to Connor and know he is a fantastic person.

All I can say is WOW! I walked into the store on Sunday to look at the 2025 Christmas ornaments and I was immediately greeted so warmly by Connor! He was so knowledgeable and was able to guide me through my purchases! It wasnu2019t until I got to the counter and the assistant manager (also lovely) had to show him some computer related things that I realised he was in training! You never would have guessed with how confident and competent he presented!nnFast forward to today when I had to return one of my items after learning that a friend had already purchased it for me and I was again greeted so warmly by Leonie the store manager who immediately recognised me from 10 MONTHS AGO; Now that is impressive! Leonie and Scarlet didnu2019t make me feel bad or guilty for returning an item, it was another wonderful experience!nnI know there is an online store but you simply can not beat in person customer service like what I have received! ud83eudd29 I look forward to my annual trip south with Swarovski Hobart high on my list of stops!
